K9 Korral business hours are flexible and may change due to holidays or any other reason. Customers are responsible for knowing the business hours during their pet’s stay. Our usual business hours are listed below:
Monday-Friday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Sunday: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Customers must cancel daycare, boarding, and training classes at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled drop-off or class start date.
If you pick your dog(s) up before the scheduled pickup date/time, there are no refunds for the remainder of your purchase. If K9 Korral asks you or your dog(s) to leave for any reason, there are no refunds or compensation for already purchased services.
Customers that do not pick up their dogs before closing will be charged a $50.00 late fee. K9 Korral will place your dog(s) into boarding for the night and customers will be charged for these boarding costs.
If K9 Korral needs to take your dog(s) outside of the K9 Korral facility, there is a minimum fee of $35.00. Customers will be responsible for any charges incurred during their time away.
There are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers of any classes. Customers must be fully clothed and wear closed-toed shoes with backing.
Love, kindness, tuck-in, play, and petting are free at K9 Korral however, extra services (e.g., teeth cleaning/brushing, brushing/combing coat, bathing, etc.) have associated charges.
K9 Korral has the right to refuse a purchase from any customer for any reason. K9 Korral also has the right to ask customers to leave for any reason we see fit. If K9 Korral asks you or your dog(s) to leave for any reason, there are no refunds or compensation for already purchased services.
